Reflective pastoral supervision supports the well-being, development, and safe and effective practice of pastors and ministry workers.
Ministry professionals meet 1:1 or in groups with a trained supervisor in a sacred, boundaries, and safe space to look at the supervised ministry practice from a number of lenses.
