Whether you are grieving, coping with illnesses, stressed by your job or your relationships, having a hard time taking care of yourself, or feeling overwhelmed with life, getting support is a good thing! I believe you have strength within you to thrive. We’ll get you there together. Therapy will be a safe place and way to build on your strengths, find your resiliency, and find hope.
Areas of focus in my practice include grief and loss, caregiver challenges, end-of-life, depression, anxiety, spirituality and faith, addiction and recovery (those living with this and those who love someone with an addiction), living with complex medical issues/adjusting to physical and mental health challenges, and vocational concerns.
I support holistic therapeutic approaches. If you wish, we can incorporate Reiki, faith and spirituality, mindfulness, meditation, and breath work into our time together. I offer therapy for individuals ages 18 and older.
